You must be able to start 21*02*05. Company will do telephone interview You will need to relocate yourself to Belfast but company assist you for 4 nights in hotel. Job Descriptions and Tasks You must be fluent in German (Swiss) and English CIN Agents are expected to provide support in a professional and courteous manner. CIN knowledge and abilities. CIN Agent The Customer Interaction Network (CIN) Agent will provide front line support for all incoming calls to Cisco Systems. The agent will be required to listen and understand the nature of each caller`s request. Based on the request, the agent will either resolve the call by effectively utilizing web-based tools and resources, or by guiding the caller to self-service web-based tools.
